Interim leadership advisory. Operational efficiency. Strategic communications. Change management.
Counsel shaped by operating experience.
Korkis Consulting Group is led by its founder, Rashad Korkis, whose career has been spent running businesses inside this region rather than advising on it from a distance.
He began at Nestlé's global headquarters in Switzerland and went on to senior commercial and general management roles with Philip Morris International across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt and the wider Middle East. As chief executive of the PepsiCo bottler in northern Iraq, he led the business to record profitability and set it on a course of continuous growth, winning PepsiCo's fastest growing company award in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He has been a partner in private equity and corporate advisory, has founded companies of his own, and serves on the board of a regional charitable foundation. Swiss by nationality and educated in Switzerland, fluent in Arabic, English and French, he has lived and worked on four continents. That multicultural grounding is what lets him move between a European boardroom and a Gulf majlis without losing anything in translation, and it underpins relationships across the Gulf and the Levant that cannot be bought or hurried.
Market entry. Turnarounds. Commercial leadership. Governance. Partnerships that last.
